With the release of the first two "Hero Bunko" light novels, comes an announcement from the publisher of the next 3 light novels to be published under this newly created light novel label.

In the announcement the publisher mentions the "Hero Bunko" label to be aimed at boys.

The light novel label "Hero Bunko" (ヒーロー文庫) which will publish popular Novels of "Shousetsuka ni Narou" will start on September 28th, 2012 with the release of two light novel volumes.

The publisher "SHUFUNOTOMO" has opened an official site for the "Hero Bunko" light novel label (which shows the first two light novel volumes): http://bukure.shufunotomo.co.jp/hero/

The two light novel volumes are:

The label is described as a label where ordinary males become heroes, and as a label that shows males' dreams.

HINA PROJECT's Shousetsuka ni Narou is a free online publishing website where anyone can register and post their works. Two of the site's popular novel works ("Risou no hi mo Seikatsu" by Watanabe Tsunehiko, and "Ryuu Koroshi no Sugosu Hibi" by Akayuki Tona) will be published on September 28th, 2012 in book format, and will be illustrated.

The first volumes of both works will be published in book format by SHUFUNOTOMO under the newly established label "Hero Bunko" (ヒーロー文庫).

The works are:

A "Recent Changes" page was added to the navigation menu to keep the users with the additions/changes being done on the website.

More and more features to come later on... you can always keep track with upcoming features in this forum thread.

For the past month, the history feature for the author/illustrator pages has been in development. The dev work ended yesterday with the addition of this feature to the website today. From now on, any new modifications to authors'/illustrators' pages can be viewed and compared in the history tab of those pages, and only registered users can revert changes.

Currently the dev work is on the history feature for the light novels' pages.

After lots of dev work on the LNDB.info website, it's now possible to add characters, their features and description per each light novel entry. You can register and start adding authors, illustrators, light novels and their covers and characters.

Please tell us what you think about this new feature in this forum thread, and feel free to suggest a feature.

Edit: It's now also possible to add multiple authors and illustrators per light novel entry.

Paradigm, the publisher of adult light novel adaptations of bishoujo games under its adult light novel label "Paradigm Novels", will be starting a new adult light novel label that's titled "Puchipara Bunko" (Petitpara Bunko, ぷちぱら文庫).

The label is starting in September 2010 with the release of two light novel titles. The two light novels are adaptations of adult bishoujo games.

The light novels are:

Nee Summer! (Nee-sama!)  -  Based on an eroge by ARTEMIS.
